RGF Staffing is a global recruitment agency with employees all over the world who work hybrid. Since all cultures are represented, we designed an office environment where everyone feels at home.

“The new office is the place where meeting is central” , Stan says. In his opinion, a high-end hospitality level was needed to achieve this attraction to RGF Staffing headquarters.

When you get out of the elevator you will be surprised by a brass wall with the RFG staffing logo. The “box structure has been demolished, so that you now have a panoramic view of the Almere skyline.

Two architectural blocks have been preserved in the open space. One block was given a striking golden relief, so that this “icon” suddenly got its own place in the space.

The designed slatted wall runs over the entire floor and offers a look and feel of security to the work and lounge areas. The distance between the slats gives a view through them and therefore it remains airy in the room. Glass meeting rooms with good acoustics have been placed between the work and lounge areas.

The work café is centrally located on the first floor. Where you can work, have lunch and have a drink with colleagues. The large kitchen island is like a bar. The giant screen is used for online meetings with many people the same time and for arrowcasting.

At the end of the corridor is the Inspiration Park with a beautiful view for informal consultations, a cup of coffee together, to make a phone call or to withdraw for a moment.
