The desire
The existing home and store were very outdated and called for a new design and extensive renovation. Another wish was to have a clear connection between store and house, in order to have the opportunity to welcome customers in the adjoining home.

The result
Almost all interior walls were removed, immediately creating much more unity and space. The kitchen is now the link between home and store, and can thus be used both for business and private purposes. The two glass doors next to the island kitchen provide access to the store. These doors can be completely opened. The result is a multi-functional building with a unique and comfortable feel that can be transformed from shop to home in no time at all, and vice versa. Nice detail: several fashion shows, including by Otazu, have since been hosted there.
